As our business is run by young professionals who lived in house shares, we know what you want. We have a design-led approach to make sure our accommodation is the best out there for Co-Living.

We strive to create a vibrant community with optional mixer events, meals, and pub quiz nights, to help widen the young professional's network in Oxfordshire. Whether you are new to the area or just looking to meet like minded people, as a client of Central Suites you are immediately opened up to our network in your area.

THE TENANT
We aim to provide the most desirable shared living space possible. Our design led construction team and our location led buying team work together to create the ideal living space. This paired with our careful tenant finding process ensures harmony in your new home.

THE LANDLORD
You contractually allow us to improve and let your property. We have a wealth of experience in the area and a waiting list of young professionals who rent our product. Allow us to guarantee your rent for a time period that suits you and take away the day to day headache of lettings. Our professional team provide a hands off experience for you.
We take the stress out off you and ensure both you and our tenants are happy at all times.
THE INVESTOR
We see our investors as partners with a completely hands free investment. We give our partners updates with the option to come and see their investment working.
